what the FAQ do these things mean?

Retainer means a monthly subscription priced on your anticipated need for legal support. No two clients are the same and we price each client on an individual basis.

Fixed pricing means agreed up front pricing. No surprises. No bill shock. You’re billed what we quoted you. 

Billable hours means billing based on time. That’s right everyone time you ring, email or visit. And no, we don’t charge that way (like other traditional law firms). We charge fixed-pricing or under a retainer or project. No hidden fees or pricing uncertainty.
